Comfortingly Creamy Rice Pudding, Infused with the Sweet Spice Notes of Chai.

A super easy and simple recipe – Enjoy the warm comforting taste of creamy rice pudding, infused with exquisite Chai Natural Flavouring. A taste of aromatic bliss in every spoonful. Or get creative – swap the chai flavouring for your favourite flavour!


  • 25g Unsalted Butter
  • 125g Pudding/Arborio Rice
  • 65g Caster Sugar
  • 650ml Whole Milk
  • 150ml Double Cream
  • 20-25 Drops Foodie Flavours Chai Flavouring
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)


Servings 4-6 / Prep time 5 mins / Cook Time 40 mins

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the ground cinnamon, to a large saucepan.
  2. Stir to combine, then heat on the hob and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Place a lid on the saucepan and simmer for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the lid and heat for a further 10 mins to thicken.
  5. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the rice pudding sit for 20 mins, it will continue to thicken as it cools.
  6. Serve the rice pudding and sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top.
