Instructions for use
For best results dilute our Ginger Extract into a key wet ingredient. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.

This is a professional high strength extract and must be used diluted.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For use in foodstuffs only and is not to be consumed directly.
