Bird’s Eye Chilli Extract
Our Bird’s Eye Chilli Extract provides a spicy and fiery flavour punch. Use to flavour cupcake toppings for an exciting bake or add to savoury dishes, sauces or stir fries. The Bird’s Eye Chilli, sometimes referred to as Thai Chilli grows extensively in Ethiopia and across Southeast Asia. It is quite hot, registering at 50,000 – 100,000 on the Scoville Scale.

Instructions for use
For best results dilute our Bird’s Eye Chilli Extract into a key ingredient that will mix through your foodstuff. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 drops (0.5ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of Bird’s Eye Chilli Extract food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring.
* 1 drop is approx. 0.05ml
